A Complete Collections Service:
The Collections Department monitors all payments and mails any late notices to the residents. Any litigation involving residents is handled through this department. Tenants receive a late notice after the 6th of the month and the eviction process is started no later than the 12th of the month. Our staff is knowledgeable about the filing process in Court, and routinely handles the necessary documents. If we experience a non-paying resident, and must evict, we do not stop there. We continue to collect the unpaid balance through garnishments
of their wages, from their employer.
Our Collections Department strives for one hundred percent successful collections, and we are always aware of payment status of all accounts. This assists us in continuing our policy of PROACTING, not REACTING.
