Property Management: Leasing

"Proactive, rather than Reactive"

The Stallard Leasing Department is responsible for all aspects of leasing and contractual agreements pertaining to rental properties.

Our leasing consultants take pride in presenting available properties and matching them to the needs of our many clients. Our experience provides background and legal basis to prepare documents that satisfy our tenants needs, and provide maximum protection and income security for the property owner.

Stallard and Associates continues its effort to satisfy our customers, resulting in a higher percentage of lease renewals. The constant monitoring of individual accounts allows the earliest determination of additional activity needed.

The lease renewal process is started 60 days prior to the expiration date. If renewal notification is not received within fifteen days, we then contact the tenant and schedule an appointment to renew the lease. If the lease renewal has not been consumated at the beginning of the last month of the lease, we will notify the tenant that we will begin showing the occupied units. This has two purposes as it allows us to show an occupied unit, which is a much greater sales tool, and results in an immediate move-in, eliminating lost rent.

Anticipating the steps to be taken, allow Stallard & Associates to be PROACTIVE, rather than REACTIVE.

If you are interested in having Stallard manage one of your properties, please call us today at (317) 924-6256 or email us at info@stallardonline.com Our fax number is (317) 931-6031.
