Expert Maintenance Staff

Our Maintenance Staff has the expertise to handle any operational challenge. Our service specialists are knowledgeable in their respective field, and provide excellent service in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, or Structural Maintenance.

The maintenance coverage will extend 24 hours per day, everyday of the year. Buildings are kept clean and in excellent repair. This is attributed to the cooperation of the entire Stallard staff, including the supervision and scheduled inspections of each property. This provides up-to-date information to our technical staff to schedule several similar projects at one time, thus reducing travel and duplicate trips. This results in more cost effective maintenance.

Invoices, time sheets, and completed work orders are reviewed daily to keep our maintenace staff as efficient as possible. Practices like these assist in planning and allow Stallard to PROACT, and not REACT.
